Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm (12pm-1pm virtual only) and Saturday from 8am- 2pm.

Check-in Process

A Patient Care Coordinator will initially connect with you to verify your demographic information, collect a co-payment if required, and obtain the reason for your visit.

Your Visit

A Nurse Practitioner will join in and connect with you for your visit.

Please note both audio and video capability are required for your visit (this can be through your PC, laptop, iPad, or smartphone). Patients need to use Chrome or Firefox and no firewalls should be present. Test connectivity prior to your appointment

  • Suture or staple removal

What we can treat virtually:

  • Allergy symptoms
  • Asthma
  • Bronchitis
  • Cough/cold
  • Flu or flu-like symptoms
  • Sinus infection
  • Strep throat
  • Upper respiratory infections

What we do NOT treat in the clinic:

The items listed below require regular a visit with your Primary Care Physician. Please call (410) 897-9841 and select option 4 to reach the scheduling secretaries.

  • Chronic Pain conditions requiring refills of narcotics
  • ADD or ADHD requiring refills
  • Hospital Follow-Up Visits
  • Walk-In Injections (these are typically given in Suite 400 and must be prior approved)
  • Any condition that requires ER care such as:
    -chest pain, numbness in face, arm or leg
    -difficulty speaking
    -heart attack
    -high fever with stiff neck, mental confusion or difficulty breathing
    -major injury
    -severe abdominal pain with vomiting and/or bleeding from the rectum
    -severe shortness of breath
    -sudden or unexplained loss of consciousness
    -wound that will not stop bleeding

Administrative Requests

  • Routine Referrals: Call 410-897-9841 ext 106 to reach our Referral Specialist
  • Medical Record Requests:  Complete our Online Records Release Form. PDF copies are available at our desk as well!
  • Billing Inquiries: Call 410-897-9841 and select option 7
  • Doctor’s Notes: Documentation for the day of the visit and the duration of recommended time off from work limited to active illness provided upon request. This is at the discretion of the provider. Requests for extended leave will require another visit and re-evaluation, preferably with PCP.
  • FMLA Forms: The practitioners in our clinic do not complete FLMA forms, they must be forwarded to your PCP for evaluation, approval, and completion. Please note, there may be an additional charge per office policy.
