Please note: Televisits are by appointment only and billed to your insurance company, just like a regular office visit. Verification of demographic information and co-payments will be completed in advance. Both audio and video capability are required for your visit (this can be through your PC, laptop, iPad, or smartphone). We use a HIPAA-compliant platform through Doxy.me to conduct virtual visits. FaceTime, WhatsApp, Google Meet and other non-compliant platforms are not allowed.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT:

1) Please be fully dressed and sitting upright for your visit.

2) For your safety and the safety of others, please DO NOT drive during your video visit.

3) Remember you MUST be physically in the State of Maryland to be seen via video visit. Our providers are only able to treat patients in the state they are licensed in. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

4) You will be asked to acknowledge that you are responsible for any co-payments, co-insurance or deductibles, as you would for an in-office visit. If you are self-pay, you will be asked by the staff for payment before or after the completion of your visit.
